Task Toad provides a subscription-based workflow automation platform specifically engineered for travel agents. Our service facilitates the management of travel enquiries, customer communications via integrated channels, and automated administrative tasks throughout the booking lifecycle.
2. Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. As a travel professional, you ensure that all customer data entered into the system is accurate and that you have obtained necessary consents from your clients to process their information via our platform.
3. Subscription & Billing
Access to Task Toad is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed according to your selected plan (Monthly or Annual). All payments are processed securely, and recurring charges will be applied automatically unless the subscription is terminated in accordance with our cancellation policy.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Notice of cancellation must be received at least 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods already billed.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our workflow tools. However, Task Toad reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance or emergency updates. We will provide advance notice for significant Downtime whenever possible to minimize disruption to your travel agency operations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Task Toad is a workflow assistant and is not responsible for the direct management of travel bookings or the financial outcomes of your agency. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding any claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically to reflect service enhancements or changes in legal requirements. Continued use of Task Toad after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Significant updates will be notified to the primary email address on your account.
